For a film that stars acting legends like Mel Ferrer, Glenn Ford, Lance Henriksen, John Huston, Sam Peckinpah, Shelley Winters, and Franco Nero (as Jesus Christ!), you wouldn’t expect it to be so lame…or would you? Good thing Bob was around to make it at least look interesting!

Bob told me that the head of United Artists approached him one day and said "Bob, I love your poster artwork, but I can't afford your asking price!"
Bob said, "What do you mean? I am only charging you $xxxx".
The UA guy showed him the invoice, which was about 3-4 times Bob's quoted price. Needless to say, Bob did not keep his Art Rep for much longer!
